Trendy Booth About

We got tired ofbad photo booths.

Gabe was shooting weddings and kept seeing the same thing at reception after reception: a tablet on a stick, a ring light, and prints nobody wanted to keep. So in 2018 we bought a real one.

The short version

Bought right, run properly,
kept close to home.

We bought the good equipment on purpose

Not a kiosk app. A professional booth with a real camera and real studio lighting, the same class of gear we already used on paid shoots. That is the entire difference, and it is why a Trendy Booth print looks like it came from a portrait session instead of a phone.

It grew out of the wedding work

Trendy Booth started as an add-on for couples already booking Gabe Rene LLC for photo and video. Guests kept asking who ran it. Planners started calling. Now it books on its own, and galas and corporate events make up more of the calendar than weddings do.

Somebody is always standing there

Every booking gets a dedicated attendant for the whole booked period, whether that is Gabe, Kyle, or one of the attendants we have trained and worked with for years. The difference between a good booth night and a bad one is whether a person is there fixing the boa situation and keeping the line moving.

Close to home, and early

We work the Hill Country, which means we are set up and lit well before your first guest walks in. If something needs fixing we have time to fix it instead of apologising for it.

Five years of the Hill Country Charity Ball, a Neiman Marcus activation, and a lot of Kerrville in between.

Questions people actually ask

Straight answers.

Who actually shows up?

Gabe or Kyle, or an attendant we have worked with and trained. Never a subcontractor you have never heard of and never a drop-off.

Is Trendy Booth its own company?

It is a division of Gabe Rene LLC, which also runs GR Weddings and GR Studio & Co. Same insurance, same contracts, same people.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry liability insurance and we are used to venues asking for a certificate. Tell us who needs it and we will send it before the event.
