Check with whoever booked it
The gallery goes to the host: the couple, the planner, the development director, the activities office. They get the link first and they can share it with everyone.
Look in your texts
If your event ran on the Headliner, you already got your shot by text or email at the booth. Search your messages for the night of the event.
Ask us
Tell us the event and roughly when it was and we will send the link. We keep them. You do not need to know a password or an account.

How long do you keep galleries?
Indefinitely, so far. We have galleries going back to 2018 and we have never deleted one. If you cannot find yours, ask, because it almost certainly still exists.
When does the gallery arrive?
Within 48 hours of event end for the Headliner. For the Legacy OG it follows once we have culled and processed the night.
Can guests download the full resolution files?
Yes. The gallery is not a preview. Guests can download what they are in.
Can we get the gallery for our newsletter or annual report?
Yes, and organisations do this constantly. The gallery is yours to use for your own communications.
We are a school. Can students appear in it?
The gallery goes to the school and your district's release governs what happens after that. Nothing appears on our site or our social without written permission.
