Trendy Booth Galas & fundraisers

Your donors willline up for this.

Five years of the Hill Country Charity Ball. Peterson Health Gala. Veteran's Gala. HEB Foundation. Kerrville Pets Alive. We know how a fundraiser actually runs, and we know the booth has a job to do beyond looking good.

Silent auction traffic goes up when there is a reason to walk that way.

Why this one

A booth that earns its table.

01

Your sponsors go home in a pocket

Every print carries your logo and theirs. A sponsor line on a 2x6 strip gets looked at more times than a sign on an easel, and it leaves the room with the guest.

02

It moves people across the floor

Put us near the silent auction and the line walks past your tables all night. That is not an accident, it is where we ask to be set up.

03

It works around your program

Seated dinner, the ask, the paddle raise, the video. Tell us the run of show and we will work the gaps instead of fighting them.

04

Content for next year's ask

The gallery lands after the event. Board reports, newsletters, next year's save the date, social recaps. Real faces of real donors having a real time.

What shows up

You don't touch a thing.

Sponsor logos on every print

Your logo, theirs, the event name, the year. Designed before we load the van.

A dedicated attendant

One person running it the whole night so your volunteers can work the room.

Unlimited prints

Every guest, every trip back through the line. Nobody gets told no.

Gallery after the event

Delivered for your board report, your newsletter, and next year's campaign.

Questions people actually ask

Straight answers.

Can our sponsors get their logos on the prints?

Yes, and this is the part most people underuse. Every template is custom designed for your event, so sponsor marks, the event name, and the year all go on the strip. It is included, not an upgrade.

Will it get in the way of our program?

No, because we plan around it. Send us the run of show. We will work dinner service, the ask, and the paddle raise, and be busiest exactly when you want people moving.

Can we use the photos in our annual report and newsletter?

Yes. The digital gallery is delivered after the event and it is yours to use for your organisation's own communications.

Do you work with nonprofit budgets?

Tell us what the event is and what you are working with. We do a lot of these, and we would rather be at your gala than not.

How much space do you need?

Roughly a 10x10 footprint with access to power. If the room is tight, tell us early and we will figure it out on the walkthrough, not on the night.
