Trendy Booth The Hill Country
The Hill Countryis not our radius.
It is where we live. Most booth companies quoting your Hill Country event are driving up from San Antonio or down from Austin, which is why they arrive at call time and leave the second the last song ends. We are already here.
Why it matters who is closest
Thirty minutes out
beats ninety.
We get there early because it is not a haul
Setup is an hour, testing is another. When the venue is thirty minutes away that is easy. When it is ninety minutes each way, something gets cut, and it is never the drive.
We know the rooms
Where the power is at the Cailloux. Which wall at Arcadia Live keeps the line out of the bar. Which Hill Country barn venues go pitch black at nine and need the lighting rebuilt before dinner ends. That is not something you learn on a first visit.
Travel is mileage, not a markup
$1.20 a mile from Kerrville, both directions, quoted in writing at booking. Five towns carry no travel fee at all. Nobody gets a surprise line item after the event.
If something breaks we can go get the part
A printer jams, a bulb goes, a cable walks off. Being twenty minutes from the shop is the difference between a five minute gap in the line and an apology.
Towns we cover
Three tiers,
no mystery math.
Find your town. The travel line is the same one that goes on your quote.
Kerrville · Ingram · Hunt · Center Point · Mountain Home
Twenty minutes out. This is the tier where a problem is an errand instead of a disaster.
Fredericksburg · Comfort · Boerne · Bandera · Medina · Harper
$1.20 a mile from Kerrville, both directions, confirmed in writing before you sign.
San Antonio · Austin · New Braunfels · Further out
Quoted case by case. Usually yes when we are already in the market for a wedding, and honest when the drive is not worth your money.
Venues
We have already
been in the room.
We have worked the Cailloux Theater, Arcadia Live, Bella Luz and a long list of ranches, barns, halls and backyards between Harper and Boerne. If your venue is on that list we already know where to park, where the power is, and where the booth should not go.

Rooms we have worked
You have probably
stood in one.
Five years of the Hill Country Charity Ball, a Neiman Marcus activation, and a lot of Kerrville in between.
Questions people actually ask
Straight answers.
Which Hill Country towns do you cover?
Kerrville, Ingram, Hunt, Center Point and Mountain Home carry no travel fee. Fredericksburg, Comfort, Boerne, Bandera, Medina and Harper are mileage only. Anywhere else, ask, and we will quote it honestly or tell you it is not worth your money.
What does travel actually cost?
$1.20 a mile from Kerrville, both directions, quoted in writing at booking and never added to afterwards. For most Hill Country venues it is a small, known number.
Do you work outside the Hill Country?
Sometimes. San Antonio and Austin get quoted case by case, and the answer is usually yes when we are already in the market for a wedding. The Hill Country is the point, though, and staying close is why the service is what it is.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have a date. Spring weddings, fall galas and December parties go first, and there is one of each booth.
Is the booth different for a Hill Country venue?
No. Same camera, same studio lighting, same dedicated attendant, same unlimited prints. What changes is the template and the props, which get built for your event, not picked off a dropdown at the venue.
