Trendy Booth Schools & student events

Prom, homecoming,and the banquet.

Three hundred students and a two hour window is a throughput problem, not a photography problem. We have run Hal Peterson Middle School and KISD events, and the line is the thing we plan around first.

Kids will come back four times. Unlimited means unlimited.

Why this one

Built for a line that does not stop.

01

The line keeps moving

Studio lighting is already set, the template is already built, and the attendant keeps groups cycling. Nobody is fiddling with a tablet while forty kids wait.

02

Props get screened

Tell us the dress code and the tone and we bring a crate that matches it. Nothing shows up that an administrator has to confiscate.

03

Prints, so they leave with something

Every student who steps in front of it walks away holding a 2x6 strip with the school, the theme, and the year on it.

04

One invoice, one contact

A signed agreement, a clear rate, and one person to call. We know how activity funds and PO cycles work.

What shows up

You don't touch a thing.

Custom template

School, theme, and year on every strip.

Screened props

Matched to your dress code and your tone.

Unlimited prints and visits

Every student, as many times as the line allows.

Dedicated attendant

One adult running it the whole time so your staff can chaperone.

The template

Your template. Your school.
Your year.

The design that goes on every strip, built for your school before we load the van.

Questions people actually ask

Straight answers.

How fast is the line?

Fast, because everything is preset. The lighting does not change, the template does not change, and the attendant runs the groups. Plan two hours for a few hundred students and add an hour if the whole school is invited.

Do you screen the props?

Yes. Tell us the dress code and the tone and the crate matches it. We would rather leave something in the van than have an administrator pull it out of a photo.

What about photo releases for students?

The district's release governs what can be published, and we follow it. Your gallery is always delivered to the school. Nothing recognisable goes on our site or our social without written permission from the district, which is why the only school frames you will find on this site are ones where a mask or a pair of oversized novelty glasses is covering the face.

Can the school get all the images?

Yes. The full gallery goes to the school after the event for yearbook, newsletter, and district use, subject to your own release policy.

Do you work with activity funds or a PO?

Yes. Tell us your process at booking and we will match it. A signed agreement and a retainer hold the date.
